You can request materials in whatever way is most convenient:

• In person: Stop by during our open hours—we’re always glad to help

Please allow up to 24 hours for your request to be processed.

We’ll let you know by text or email as soon as your item is ready for pickup. Once it’s available, we’ll hold it for 7 days. If you need a little extra time, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you!

After a week, items will either move on to the next person waiting or be returned to the shelf.
