Mindful Meditation Series

Local instructor Amari Alexander will lead a four-week introduction to mindfulness meditation. You'll learn tools and skills to help cope with stress and uncertainty. This series will take place every Wednesday night in June (3, 10, 17, 24) from 6-7pm. To register, drop us a message, give us a call at 248-628-7180 or stop by the library. We hope to see you there!
